Customer Support Analyst

We're currently offering an apprenticeship for a Junior Customer Support Analyst to join our systems administration and support team.  Working with West Berkshire Training Consortium, we're eager to hear from hard working, self motivated individuals who have an interest in IT, networking and - above all - customer service.
