Adding value for passengers

How do you avoid turning up at the station with your smart ticket, only to discover that it expired yesterday and you'd forgotten to renew ? GoldSTAR now offers an emailing module that can send reminders to registered customers, so that they are aware of the season ticket expiry date.  Fully customisable and using your own branding and templates, the GEN module will automatically select the customers to remind, and take care of communicating with them.
