Service

Our support service is designed to provide the customer with flexible support options while meeting all the requirements for national data protection legislation (including the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR 2021) as well as being ISO27001 compliant.

Named Callers can call our UK based Support Desk or email direct into our eSupport system as appropriate.

Our standard level of service is available 09:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday excluding English public holidays, and we are happy to discuss extended cover depending on your requirements.

All calls are logged in our eSupport system so that we can track the status of your calls and build a full audit trail for you. We can provide reports on compliance with any Service Level Agreements you may require too.  In addition, all phone calls are recorded for quality of service and training purposes.
